Xproseal 701 RTV Silicone Sealant is a one-component, permanently flexible, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) mildew-resistant silicone sealant that is the industry standard. The product’s tough chemical resistance makes it a worry-free solution for a wide range of applications.
Provides excellent adhesion to tile, glass, vinyl, aluminum, and sheet metal without the need for a primer.
The product is engineered to cure rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture, to form a durable tight bond that contractors and installers count on. A wide range of packaging options provides users with total flexibility in how the product is applied.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The substrate must be clean, frost-free, and free of any oils, greases, or incompatible sealers that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if the surface is contaminated. Test all substrates before application is recommended. This product is not compatible with rubberized asphalt.

STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
Be sure to rotate inventory accordingly. Materials must be properly stored in a low humidity (<50% RH) environment at room temperature (73 ± 2°F) in their unopened container. Cartridges/ Sausages used within 18 months from the date of manufacture.
